Recently I have been using the Sailboat Perspective in Miro for my Executive Coaching and the results were amazing.
I used in the a few ways:
- Use of the Sailboat Perspective for the client to visualize the future of his career in 3 years and looking at the positives (“The Sun”), the accelerators (“The Wind”), the obstacles (“The Anchor”) and the risks (“The Reef”).
- Use of the Sailboat Perspective for the client to explain to senior management the current situation with a major client who switched some business to a competitor.
- Use Sailboat Perspective to plan a presentation on manufacturing output to senior management.
I have created a YouTube video on using the Sailboat Perspective.
I also used the Sailboat card from PipDecks “Workshop Tactics” cards as a counter reference.
