This is a question sometimes asked by a potential coachee whether he should look at Life Coaching or Health Coaching. The answer to that depends on the relative priorities of the individual. If the individual has been having health issues and challenges recently, the person is better off starting with health coaching. On the other hand, if the person is looking at their Ikigai or Life Purpose, he should look at the all-encompassing Life Coaching. Life Coaching includes Physical Health, Mental Health and the many Life Aspects that contribute to a person’s happiness.
